摘要
现代企业作为人力资本与物力资本的契约体,其直接目标是实现契约参与者利益的最大化,即实现物力资本、人力资本保值和增值。企业合约是以实现企业利益最大化进而实现全体缔约方利益最大化为约束条件,并且根据缔约方的价值、风险不断调整的一个不完全动态合约。由于人力资本价值不断变化、缔约者流动以及企业人力资本产权的残缺,企业存在不稳定性且形式多样。
After human resource capital is introduced into enterprise, the enterprise becomes an agreement between human resource capital and physical capital. In order to realize the maximization of enterprise benefit, it is an incomplete contract, and is continously adjusted to the value of covenanters and the risks. Therefore, enterprise is instable for its constant changes of human capital value, the movement of covenants and the incomplete human capital rights.
