摘要
目的探讨白头翁制剂胶体溶液对耐药解脲脲原体的抑菌作用。方法制备白头翁制剂胶体溶液,选用20株耐四环素解脲脲原体临床分离株,以微量肉汤稀释法测定对解脲脲原体耐药株的最低抑菌浓度。结果白头翁制剂胶体溶液(1.0mg/mL)最低抑菌浓度为(0.08±0.07)mg/mL,与阴性对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论白头翁制剂胶体溶液对耐药解脲脲原体有明显的抑制作用。
Objective To explore the inhibitory effects of colloid solution of compound Radix Pulsatillae extract (CRPE) on resistant ureaplasma urealytieum (UU). Methods The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of CRPE dilutions which was performed was determined on 20 resistant strains UU with miro-broth dilution assay. Results The colloid solution of CRPE (1.0mg/mL) had inhibitory effects on UU and the MIC was 0. 08 ± 0.07mg/mL. Compared with that of the negative groups, there was statistic meaning between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion CRPE has a significant inhibitory effects on resistant UU in vitro.
