摘要
目的观察排毒清脂片治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法74例患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例口服排毒清脂片2片3次/d,对照组34例口服谷胱甘肽100mg、维生素C200mg,均3次/d,两组均连续治疗12周。结果治疗组有效率为75.00%,对照组为52.94%,两组有效率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论排毒清脂片能有效治疗黄褐斑。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the new national drug Paidu Qingzhi tablet for chloasma. Methods A total of 74 patients with chloasma was randomly divided into treatment group （40 cases） and control group （34 cases ）. Treatment group was given treatment of Paidu Qingzhi tablet and control group was assigned to receive glutathione and vitamin C. The course of treatment for both groups was 12 weeks. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group were 75.00% and 52.94%, respectively （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Paidu Qingzhi tablet shows good curative efficacy in treating chloasma.
