摘要
徐州矿区工人村作为一个因矿业而形成发展起来的工人聚居区,不仅仅是徐州矿业历史发展的见证,也从侧面体现了社会经济发展不同时期的特征。文章从分析徐州矿区工人村现状入手,分析了其在新形势下所处的状态以及面临的发展困境,在此基础上提出了相应的更新措施和规划治理的相关指导措施。
As the worker community which has been formed due to development of mining industry worker villages in Xuzhou＇s mining areas is not only the historical testimony of Xuzhou＇s mining industry, but also has manifested its social and economic processes. It is the historical zone that has obviously industrial cultural value. The article presents the situation of worker villages in Xuzhou＇s mining areas, analyzes the difficulties under the new age which now is facing. The author finally has proposed some renewal measures.
