婴幼儿奶粉中阪崎肠杆菌的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 阪崎肠杆菌是人和动物肠道内寄生的一种革兰氏阴性无芽胞杆菌,能引起新生儿脑膜炎,致死性小肠结肠炎和败血症等疾病。婴幼儿配方奶粉中若含有阪崎肠杆菌,则会引起一系列的临床症状。婴儿在前六个月应采用母乳喂养来减少致病菌的危害。婴儿配方奶粉不是一种无菌制品,为了减少婴儿感染的风险,应该对婴幼儿配方奶粉进行正规的卫生学检测。本文综述了阪崎肠杆菌的特性和一些检测方法。
