胆汁反流性胃炎的中西医结合诊治观察

Clinical Observation of Gall refux gastritis Treated with Combination of TCM and WM

目的:观察中西医结合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效。方法:将70例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为两组。40例治疗组用中西医结合治疗治疗,30例对照组用西药治疗,观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为76.7%(P<0.05),治疗组HP根除率84.38%,高于对照组的58.33%(P<0.05),两组比较,差异有显著性意义。结论:中西医结合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎,可明显提高疗效。

Objective： Observe clinically the cure effect of Gall refux gastriti treated with combination of TCM and WM. Method： 70 cases were treated with combination of TCM and WM,30 cases as control group with western medicine, observe their effect. Result：95.0 % was the effective rate of the treatment group, 76.7% for the control one, P 〈 0.05, 84.38% was the eliminate Hpylori rate of the treatment group, 58.33% for the control one, P 〈 0.05, showing marked statistical difference. Conclusion： Combination of TCM and WM is better than only WM in treating Gall refux gastritis.
