鸡卵球蛋白G_2、G_3多态性与经济性状关系的研究

STUDIES ON POLYMORPHISMS OF OVOGLOBULINS G_2、G_3 AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP TO ECONOMIC TRAITS IN CHICKEN

以新扬州鸡L和I系为材料,研究了卵球蛋白G_2、G_3基因型和经济性状—开产日龄、不同日龄体重、产蛋量及蛋重间可能存在的关系。结果表明:G_2位点基因型与体重、产蛋量和开产日龄相关,基因G_2~D优于G_2~C;G_2、G_3位点基因型间蛋重无显著差异;G_3位点对产蛋量和体重无影响。

The possible association of ovoglobulins G_2、G_3 genotypes with economic traits: egg number, egg weight, maturity age and body weight, was studied in two lines (L line and I line) of New Yang zhou breed. The results showed: 1. The correlation was found between ovoglobulin G_2 genotypes and maturity age, egg number, body weight. The G_2~Dallele was superior to the G_2~C allele. 2. The differences in egg weight associated with ovoglobulins G_2 and G_3 genotypes were not significant. 3. Ovoglobulin G_3 locus had no effect on the egg number and body weight.
