摘要 为了尽早发现风电机组故障,及时采取适当措施以提高运行效率,对风电机组可能出现的故障进行了分析.对可以用于风力发电机组的故障诊断方法进行了研究,对风电机组的主要部件可能出现的故障类型及可用的故障诊断方法进行了探讨.同时对故障现象及相应诊断方法进行了仿真与分析,得到的结论是:温度场分析可以较好的用于齿轮热变型故障分析,神经网及小波分析可以较好的用于变频器部分的故障分析,磁场分析可以更好地进行发电机部分的故障分析. To find the fault of the wind turbine generator system early and to use proper measure to solve the fault in time and so to increase the operation efficiency, the possible faults of the wind turbine generator system were analyzed. The fault diagnosis method of the wind turbine generator system was studied. The possible faults and the diagnosis method which can be used in the several main parts of the wind turbine generator system were discussed. The fault phenomenon and the diagnosis method were simulated and analyzed. The conclusions are: Temperature field analysis can be used to analyze the heat deform of the gear, neural network and wavelet analysis to analyze the fault of the converter and magnet field analysis can be used to analyze the fault of generator.
