细胞周期调控在HT29结肠癌细胞低剂量辐射超敏感性中作用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 低剂量辐射超敏感性是细胞对低剂量照射(0.02~0.50Gy)较敏感,但对其后剂量区域(0.50~1.00Gy)敏感性下降。其发生机制现不清楚,可能与细胞周期调控有关^[1-2]。笔者观察HT29结肠癌细胞放射敏感性与1线照射剂量关系,分析不同剂量照射后细胞周期调控变化及Phos—pho—Cdc25C(Ser216)蛋白表达情况,探讨低剂量辐射超敏感性机制。
