AbstractIt is not proper to say something like'surplus of industry'in general term.First of all,'surplus of industry'could be studied form different agents.Secondly,different market behavior subject has different comprehension on'surplus of industry'.And the third,'surplus of industry'also can be presented in different form,e.g.the surplus of total quantity or surplus of construction.Therefore,we should deal with surplus of industry rationally,and choose right measures and actions carefully.
