强化“以人为本”理念 改进护理操作考评标准

Strengthen the ＇ people - oriented＇ concept, improve standards of care and operation of appraisal

在教学中强化学生“以人为本”理念，是当代护理教育的一个重要组成部分。目前《基础护理学》护理操作考核中，考核模式、考核内容及评分标准均存在不足之处，不利于学生“以人为本”理念的培养。因此，对护理操作考评标准进行了改进和完善，重点增加人文关怀等非技术部分内容，取得了满意的教学效果。

‘ People - oriented＇ concept is the main point in modem nursing education. During the examination of nursing procedure, there are some problems in examination model, contents and criteria. We improved examination criteria of nursing procedure in order to show humanistic concern to patients. Up to now we got satisfactory teaching feedback.
