摘要
目的研究多媒体配合模拟人对护理人员进行心肺复苏技能培训的效果。方法采用多媒体配合模拟人对护理人员心肺复苏技能进行培训，比较培训前后护理人员考核成绩。结果培训后护理人员对模拟人通气、按压正确率明显高于于培训前，培训后护理人员的操作成绩较培训前明显提高（P均〈0．01）。结论采用多媒体配合模拟人对护理人员进行心肺复苏技能培训能明显提高护理人员的心肺复苏技能水平。
Objective To explore effect of the multimedia coordinations dummy on CPR - BLS skills in clinical nurses. Methods They were trained by the multimedia coordinations to simulate the human on CPR - BIAS skills in clinical nurses. To according to simulating the person voice prompt ventilation, holds back correctly or not and the performance of single before and after the training in performing the skills of CPR was evaluated and compared. Results The results after the training were significantly higher than those before the training （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusions Multimedia coordinations dummy can improve the training of CPR skills in nurses.
