天然调节性T细胞与皮肤恶性肿瘤的研究

摘要 调节性T细胞是当前医学领域研究的热点之一。人类天然调节性T细胞是正常发生于胸腺的独特细胞系,对抑制自身免疫起重要作用,近年来发现其与肿瘤的发生密切相关。天然调节T细胞数量的增加、向肿瘤组织的游走和聚集及抑制免疫效应细胞的功能,是导致肿瘤细胞逃逸抗肿瘤免疫的重要机制,但其与肿瘤预后之间的关系仍不十分清楚,值得进一步研究,探讨更有效的药物作用靶点和新的治疗方法。 Regulatory T cells are a hotspot in medical domain nowadays. Human naturally occurring regulatory T cells (nTregs), derived from the thymus, play a critical role in the suppression of autoimmunity. Recent studies have suggested that there is a strong correlation between nTregs and tumor progression. The proliferation, aggregation, and transmigration towards tumor cells, of nTregs, all contribute to the escape of immune effector cells from antitumor immunity. However, the relationship between nTregs and prognosis of tumors is unclear. Further studies are required for the development of more effective drug targets and new therapy.
