Ocular hypertension and treatment after posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation

目的探讨后房型人工晶体植入术后高眼压及处理。方法分析58例68眼后房型人工晶体植入患者的高眼压发生率。结果其中23眼(33.82%)术后第一天眼压大于21mmHg,睫状沟固定型高眼压发生率为30.5%

Objective To discuss ocular hypertension and treatment after posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Methods To retrospectively analyze the incidence rate of 68 eyes of 58 patients who underwent implantation of posterior chamber lens. Results On the first day after operation the intraocular pressure of 23 eyes （33.82%） is higher than 21mmHg. Those cases whose lens were fixed in ciliary groove accounts for 30.5%, while those patients whose lens were fixed within capsular bag were 31.2%. In addition, when sodium hyaluronate and sterile air were injected into the anterior chamber of the patients＇ eyes, the incidence rate of ocular hypertension were respectively 34.79% and 31.81%. There were no significant differences among the above-mentioned groups. So if they got proper and timely prevention and treatment, these patients can return to normal vision. Conclusions It proved that ocular hypertension can be prevented and cured.
