摘要
目的总结老年性白内障复明手术护理配合经验。方法对489例老年性白内障摘除+人工晶体植入术的护理配合过程进行回顾。重点是确保器械灭菌效果以及手术间空气质量,各种手术用品的充分准备。结果489例手术医护配合顺利。结论充分的术前准备,熟练的术中配合,正确及时的术后处理是保证手术顺利进行的关键。
Objective To summarize the nursing cooperation of the age-related cataract operation.Methods To review the nursing cooperation about 489 cases of cataract extration combining with intraocular lens implantation. The important problems lied in the effect of instrument sterilizing, the air quality of operating rooms and the sufficient preparation of all kinds of surgical instruments. Results All nursing cooperation proceeded smoothly.Conclusion The key problems which made operation completed successfully included the sufficient preoperative preparation,the perfect nursing cooperation in the course of operation and the correct postoperative handling.
