摘要
目的通过对照法评价观察氨碘肽注射液(舒视明)治疗不同疾病引起玻璃体混浊的临床效果。方法氨碘肽注射液组肌肉注射治疗玻璃体混浊158例(169例只眼)普罗碘胺注射液肌肉注射治疗玻璃体混浊113例(126只眼)均为qd注射30d为一疗程,各二疗程。结果氨碘肽注射液组总有效率67.5%,普罗碘胺注射液组总有效率41.3%。结论氨碘肽治疗玻璃体混浊的临床效果主要依赖于该药的主要成分1来源于猪眼睛2含有大量的谷氨酸,胱氨酸,甘氨酸,天氡胺酸,赖氨酸等十多种基本非常接近人眼需要的氨基酸,起着改善眼部血液循环和新陈代谢,有效的促进玻璃体混浊吸收,组织修复有效提高眼的光学通路,改善有限视力.
