外加稳恒直流电场对兔腹主动脉周围电势差的影响

The effect of the applied weak steady direct current electrical field on potential differences around abdominal aorta of rabbit

摘要 目的:观察外加稳恒直流电场对兔腹主动脉周围电势差的影响。方法:在兔腹主动脉两侧腰大肌埋置刺激电极,在血管外膜、血管内外膜间安置测量电极,给予稳恒直流电场刺激,电场强度采用3V或4V,记录电场刺激前后血管周围电势差的变化情况。结果:①通电后即刻,血管周围电势差与通电前相比无变化(P>0.05)。②通电后30min,血管外膜间和血管内外膜间电势差均明显增加,4V组增加更为明显。③断电后30min,两外膜间电势差基本恢复至通电前水平,而血管内外膜间电势差仍高于通电前,两刺激电极间仍有较高电势差存在。结论:将铂电极置入兔腰大肌,连接稳恒直流电源后构成的是一个RC电路,应用3V电压或者4V电压刺激都可以引起血管周围电势的变化。 Objective: To observe the effect of applied steady direct current electrical field on the potential difference near the abdominal aorta in a rabbit model. Methods: The stimulating electrodes were embedded in the psoas major muscle on the two sides of the abdominal aorta, meanwhile, two pairs of measuring electrodes were placed on the vascular adventitia or between the intima and adventitia. Then, steady direct current electric field was applied (3.0V or 4.0V respectively) and the changes of the potential difference were recorded ante-stimulation and post-stimulation. Results: (1) The potential difference of the blood vessel in the instant stimulation had no significant changes compared to that of the ante-stimulation (p〉0.05). (2) The potential difference near the blood vessel between the two different points of the adventitia or between the adventitia and intima increased significantly after the stimulation was applied 30 min, es- pecially in the 4.0V group. (3) The potential difference of the blood vessel between the two different points of the adventitia decreased and recovered to the level of the ante-stimulation after the stimulation was switched off30 min, but that of between the adventitia and intima still higher than the ante-stimulation. Conclusion: The platinum electrodes in the psoas major muscle construct a RC electric circuit when they are connected with a direct current power source. The potential difference near the blood vessel can be changed when a 3.0V or 4.0V electric stimulation is applied.
