奥柰达希瓦氏菌生物膜研究进展 被引量:1

Progress in the research of Shewanella onedensis biofilm

摘要 奥柰达希瓦氏菌(Shewanella onedensis)具有产能代谢和电子传递途径多样化的特性,是生物进化与生物修复研究的重要模式细菌。该菌对不溶性金属具有的还原性能和在生物燃料电池等方面潜在的应用前景,使得该菌成为近年来生物膜研究领域的热点之一。本文主要对该菌铁呼吸原理、在固体表面和气液界面形成生物膜的理化条件、影响生物膜形成的因素、生物膜形成的机制以及其在应用研究方面的进展等进行了综述。 Shewanella oneidensis is an important model organism for bioremediation studies because of its diverse respiratory capabilities. In recent years, biofilm development of S. oneidensis has been extensively studied because it plays a critical role in solid metals reduction and microbial fuel cell. In this paper, the theory of dissimilatory iron (Ⅲ) reduction, the biological characteristics, effect factors and mechanism of biofilm formation in S. oneidensis were reviewed.
