摘要
教师学习型团队打造的着力点在于对课堂的关注。课堂是教师教书育人的主阵地,是教师专业化发展的主领域,是教师生命成长的主通道。教师学习型团队打造对课堂关注的活动方式有多种,如以“会课”为中心,以话题研讨为平台,以特级教师为“范本”,以理论学习为引领,以课题关注为抓手。教师学习型团队打造对课堂关注还需优化组织管理,不断强化成员对课堂的关注度和效果。
Cultivate the teachers' learning team need to pay attention to the classes. The classes are very important for teaching, professional development, and the teachers' growth of life. The way to focus on the classes is diverse, for example, the seminar topics, theoretical study, and issues of concern. Besides, to create teachers' learning team, also need the optimization of organizational management, and to strengthen the concerns of the members to the classes.
