摘要
在柔性资源约束下,研究拥有多个子项目的大型项目奖惩结构优化问题,并通过提出优化度这一概念,分析资源租金水平对激励优化程度的影响。研究表明,多个奖惩强度的设定能促进奖惩结构的优化,并保证业主收益的最大化;柔性资源约束的引入使项目进度和奖惩结构得到了进一步的优化;资源的租金水平影响着奖惩结构的优化度,租金水平越低,优化度越好,反之则越差。
In this paper, we optimize the bonus-penalty structure of large-scale project on flexible resource-constraint, and propose a parameter of Optimization-Level to analyze the impact about the Hire-Index influences on the degree of the optimization. We find that the optimization of Incentive-Intensity can make the bonus-penalty structure more effective, and the client will gain their maximal benefits. However, the project scheduling and the bonus-penalty structure can be optimized better, because of the flexible resource. The Hire-Index of the resource influences the degree of the optimization very much, and the lower the better, whereas the higher the worse.
