摘要
根据评价指标的构成要素,提出了一种消除评价指标相关性的代表系权值计算方法。该方法不改变原有的指标体系,在提出的评价因子概念及其具有的等价性和可加性假设基础上,利用互异代表系理论给出了评价因子贡献值的计算方法,以消除各指标间的相关性。最后,借助于一个已有案例,说明了代表系权值计算方法的应用步骤,并通过对比分析,表明了该方法的合理性。
Based on the constituting elements of evaluation index, the paper proposes an algorithm to eliminate correlation in computing weights of evaluation index. Based on the existing evaluation index, we creatively take into consideration an evaluation factor. Then we propose two hypotheses about evaluation factors, equivalence and additivity. Specifically, we capture the effects of differing evaluation factors on the evaluation index on basis of system of distinct representatives theory. As such, this approach generates modified weights by removing the correlations between assessment attributes. Finally, with the help of an available case, the application procedure of the approach is illustrated. By comparing with previous result, the validity and efficiency of this algorithm is justified in the practical application.
