摘要
研究内皮素对成纤维细胞内钙离子浓度的影响及维拉帕米对ＥＴ促效应的阻断作用。方法，采用Ｆ ｕｒａ－２／ＡＭ钙荧光指示测定ＨＬＦ细胞内Ｃａ＾＋２浓度。结论ＥＴ对Ｖｅｒ的调控作用是通过转运而产生的。
Objective To study the effects of endothelin (ET) on cytosolic calcium ([Ca2+]i) in human lung fibroblasts (HLF) and also the blocking action of verapamil on cytosolic free calcium induced by ET.Methods The [Ca2+]i in HLF was determined with ways of Fura2/AM fluorescence marking.Results ET could notably increase intracellular [Ca2+]i in HLF with a doseeffect relationship even there was no [Ca2+] in extracellular solution (P<0.010.001).Meanwhile, verapamil suppressed the above effect of ET (P<0.05).Conclusion The regulatory action of ET on fibroblasts are related to intracellular Ca2+ transportation.
