Operational Treatment of Primary Cholesteatoma——A Report of 4 Cases

增强对原发性胆脂瘤的认识。方法报告原发性胆脂瘤４例。结果周转性面瘫是先天性原发性胆脂瘤的首诊症状；听力下降是后天性原 胆脂瘤的首诊症状。结论ＣＴ检查是确诊原发性胆脂瘤的首选影像学检查；手术是原发性胆胆脂瘤的首选治疗。

Objective To strengthen the understanding of the importance of primary cholesteatoma. Methods Four clinical cases of cholesteatoma were reported with emphases on its diagnosis and treatment. Results & Conclusion 1.Peripheral facial hemiplegia should be considered as the first symptom for the diagnosis of congenital primary cholesteatoma; 2.Decrease in acouesthesia might be the first diagnosed symptom of acquired primary cholesteatoma; 3.Operation was seemed to be the first choice for treatment; 4.CT examination was the first choice of iconographic examination for diagnosing primary cholesteatoma.
