摘要 讨论了具有单个服务台和K(K≥1)类顾客循环来到的排队系统。通过与相应的GI/G/1系统的排队指标相比较,得到此系统的到达更新过程和服务更新过程等排队指标的弱极限,进而得到闲期过程、工作负载过程、离去过程。 The multi-class cyclic arrival queueing systems with a server are considered. Compared with queueing indexes of the correlative GI/G/1 system, weak convergences of the arrival counting processes and the service counting processes for MCCAQS are firstly obtained. And then weak convergence theorems of the idle processes, the workload processes, the departure processes, the queue length processes and the waiting time processes are obtained.
