摘要
我国教师新军的素质,受到师范院校生源不佳以及职后培训与职前培养关联度低两个因素的制约。以"初识培训"和"跟踪补偿"为例,主张以教师教育双向拓展作为师范院校对国家师范生免费教育新政策的呼应与行动跟进。
For years, the quality of China's new teaching force has been comtrained by low quality of new students at normal universities and colleges as well as low relevance between pre-service preparation and in-service training. This article puts forward, based on the instances of recruitment training and follow-up compensation, the proposal of two-way extending of teacher education as a response and following action of normal universities and colleges for the new policy of free teacher education.
