摘要
20世纪90年代以来,加拿大不断强化大学与中小学基于合作伙伴的教师教育改革。在实践层面上,加拿大基于合作伙伴的教师教育具有多种模式,如多伦多大学的实习团队模式、大不列颠哥伦比亚大学的学习策略团队和拉瓦勒大学的网络合作伙伴。加拿大合作伙伴教师教育改革的目的是实现大学与中小学的同时发展,确保教师培养质量的提升。
Canada has continued to strengthen the teacher education reform of the partnership between universities and schools since 1990s. In practice level, there are various of partnership modes of teacher education, such as the internship team of Toronto University, the Learning Strategies Group of British Columbia University, and Innovative Models of Web-Supported University-School partnerships of Lavel University. All of these are aimed to realize the simultaneous development of universities and schools, at the same time to ensure the upgrading of the quality of teacher training.
