The harmonious students work is objective requirement of university education in the new era. We must adhere to the people-oriented scientific concept of development, and pay attention to humanistic care. We must adhere to the student-oriented concept, innovate management models, and enhance service awareness. We should pay attention to the development of students＇ personality, establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, and achieve the diversification of working methods and positions.
