贺绿汀的音乐教育思想与实践初探

贺绿汀是一位杰出的音乐教育家。其音乐教育思想与实践体现在两大方面:一是高标准和严要求的专业人才观。他期望音乐学生有理想、有抱负、有事业心,做一个有为的新中国的青年;应该鼓起勇气建设崭新的中国音乐;要把握现代中国的时代脉搏,以成熟的技巧,热烈的情绪,反映伟大的时代,从而担负起创造新中国音乐的使命。他认为只有团结和依靠有真才实学并事业心强的教师才能办好音乐教育,好的师资是办好学校的关键所在,没有高水平的教师,就没有高质量的教育。二是建立系统和完整的高等音乐教育体制。为保证教学的高质量,多出人才,出好人才,要建立起囊括大学、中学、小学"一条龙"的音乐专业教育新体制;并重视民族音乐的教育和建设;特别要重视音乐科学研究工作;还要注重音乐教育的提高与普及平衡发展。

He Lv-ting is an outstanding music educator. His music education thoughts and practice were embodied in two major aspects. The first one is his view on requirement of talents. He expected that all students learning music would become promising young people of new China, with the ideal, the aspiration and the devotion to work and should nerve themselves to construct brand-new Chinese music; they must grasp the modem China＇s time pulse to reflect the great time by the mature skills and the warm mood, and thus they would shoulder the mission of creating new Chinese music. He thought that only by unifying and depending on the teachers who have the genuine talent and the strong devotion to work,can we handle the musical education. Good teacher quality is the key to handle the school and without the high quality teacher, there will not be high grade education. The second aspect is establishing a systematic and complete higher music education system. To guarantee high grade of teaching, we must establish the new music professional education system called ＂the coordinated process＂ including the university, the middle school and the elementary school and pay more attention to the education and construction of the national music, especially to music research, and attach importance to the music education enhancement and the popularization of balanced development.
