摘要 教师的职业敏感性是教师对教育现象、教育问题、教育事件等蕴含的教育价值所具有的敏锐的感知和辨别的能力。它是作为一名教师弥足珍贵的素质,也是对其教学水平和业务能力的考验。教师的职业"敏感性"有助于教师及时发现和解决教育教学过程中所存在的问题、形成教育智慧以及预防和消除教师的职业倦怠感。而提高教师的专业素养、形成反思的教育习惯等是提高教师职业敏感性的关键。 Teachers' professional sensitiveness is their acute ability to perceive and discern the educational merits embodied in educational phenomena, problems and events. It is not only the precious quality of a teacher but also a test on their teaching level and ability. Teachers' professional sensitiveness is helpful for the timely discovery and solution of problems in the educational and teaching process, the formation of educational intelligence and the prevention and erasion of professional boredom. The key to the improvement of teachers' professional sensitiveness is to promote their professional quality and develop their reflective educational habits.
