摘要
竖井分段式纵向通风中的射流风机,具有对气流的调节作用.射流与气流同向时产生增压效应,称为射流风机的动力调节;射流与气流反向时产生降压效应,称为射流风机的阻力调节.利用这两种不同性质的射流,可进行竖井两侧流段在各种流量分配下的平衡调压,这是与风量增阻或挡流板增阻不同的一种新的调节方法.本文阐述了射流调压的原理、特性和计算方法,并提出了通风系统射流调压的3种形式,以及它们的特点和平衡关系.通过对整个通风系统的作用因素和调压效果的分析,为射流调压通风系统的优化设计奠定了基础.
The jet fans, which is installed in the tunnel of longitudinal ventilation with vertical shaft, has regulation function. If the direction of the jet is the same as that of the ventilating flow, it will be a result of pressurization. Otherwise, the result will be pressure drop. These two effects can be used in balancing the differential pressure and air flow distribution of both sides of a vertical shaft. This paper explains the theory characteristics and calculation method of regulating pressure with jet fans. Three regulative ways, distinguishing features and balanced relations have been advanced at the same time. The conclusion lays the foundation for optimum analysis, for regulating the pressure of longitudinal ventilation system.
