增效型聚合物在油层保护技术中的应用研究

摘要 依据分子设计原理在PAM分子链引入阳离子基团、疏水基团、AMPS(2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸)、天然高聚物和交联剂合成了增效型聚合物,并对其分子量、溶解性、吸水率、与常规钻井液的配伍性和降失水效果,钻井液中固相颗粒分布变化情况和油气层保护性能进行了评价。室内和现场实验结果表明:该产品的加入,能有效降低钻井液中亚微米黏土颗粒含量,在不同压力下表现出良好的控制滤失和显著降低对油气层的损害。 The routine technology of reservoir protection was lack of modification to submicron clay particles, which effected production oil and gas. Based on the principle of molecular design, introduced cationic groups, hydrophobic groups, AMPS (2 - acrylamido - - 2 - methylpropane sulfonic acid), natural macromolecule polymer and crosslinker into molecular chain of PAM , that was extended polymer. And solubility, water absorption, compatibility with conventional drilling fluid, FL control, influence to particle size distribution of drilling fluid and reservoir protection were evaluated. From results of lab and on- site experimental, it was shown that extended polymer possessed good FL control property and reduced formation damage significantly at different pressures.
