摘要
介绍了一端管板与管箱和壳体焊接的固定结构、另一端管板可滑动的非对称换热器在压力和温差载荷作用下的分析计算方法,分析计算了原进口、第一、第二次国产化3台换热器管板应力,管板厚度由117mm减薄为50mm,换热器的各项性能均超过原进口设备。
This paper introduced an analytical calculating method of stresses caused by pressure and thermal difference for an asymmetric tubesheet of heat exchanger which was fixed at one end and sliding at the other, analyzed and calculated the sheet stresses for three heat exchangers. The results indicated that the thickness of sheet was reduced from 117 mm to 50 mm and performance of the heat exchanger was superior to the imported equipment.
