摘要 比较了缺铁性贫血和乙二胺四乙酸铁钠(NaFeEDTA)强化酱油干预对贫血学生注意力和学习成绩的影响。根据血红蛋白(Hb)值、血清铁蛋白(SF)将受试者分成正常(NA)组、缺铁性贫血(IDA)组,通过在学校膳食中加入NaFeEDTA强化酱油,观察NaFeEDTA强化酱油对IDA的改善作用,以及对注意力和学习成绩的提高效果。结果表明:IDA组学生的注意力得分和语文、数学成绩低于正常组学生,差异显著(P<0.01~P<0.05);NaFeEDTA强化酱油干预后,IDA组学生血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白和血清铁含量显著提高(P<0.01~P<0.05),血清转铁蛋白受体含量显著降低(P<0.01);NaFeEDTA强化酱油干预后,IDA学生的注意力得分和语文、数学成绩显著提高(P<0.01~P<0.05)。试验结果提示,NaFeEDTA强化酱油对缺铁性贫血学生的铁营养状况、注意力和学习成绩有改善作用。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of iron deficient anemia on attention ability and educational achievement in teenagers aged 11 - 16 y. The study also investigated functional consequences of iron supplementation by NaFeEDTA fortified soy sauce. Subjects were divided into two groups according to their iron status and Hb value. NA (normal iron status) group and IDA (iron deficient anemia) group were given NaFeEDTA fortified soy sauce. The resuhs showed attention ability, mathematic and Chinese language scores of IDA students were lower than normal iron students ( P 〈 0.01 - P 〈0. 05 ). Iron supplementation by NaFeEDTA fortified soy sauce significantly improved iron status of IDA subjects( P 〈0.01 - P 〈 0. 05 ). Iron supplementation also improved attention ability, mathematic and Chinese language scores of IDA subjects ( P 〈 0.01 - P 〈 0.05 ). Our findings suggest that iron deficient anemia impair attention ability and educational achievement of students. This impairment can be corrected with iron supplementation by NaFeEDTA fortified soy sauce.
