摘要
建立用抗粉碎度比较评价软化槟榔壳硬度的检测方法,对影响槟榔抗粉碎度的槟榔壳质量、粉碎时间、水分含量3个因素以及软化处理槟榔壳抗粉碎度与硬度的关系进行研究。结果表明:20.0 g槟榔壳原料、40 s粉碎为抗粉碎度的粉碎工艺参数;水分含量对槟榔壳的抗粉碎度影响大;NaOH溶液5 h软化槟榔片时,在低浓度0%~3%NaOH溶液浓度区间内,软化处理槟榔片的抗粉碎度与硬度呈良好的负相关性,相关系数为R=0.983 2。
A method of applying Pulverizing Resistance Rate ( PRR ) to contrast hardness of softened areca nut hull was studied. Three factors which affect PRR were discussed: areca nut hull weight, pulverizing time and water content, as well as the relation between the PRR and hardin of softened areca nut hull. It was fixed on that areca nut hull weight 20.0 g, pulverizing time 40 s were the pulverizing work parameters. Water content had great effect on the PPR ; When using NaOH solution to soften areca nut hull in 5 hour, in the 0% -3% concentration of NaOH solution, it was negative correlation between the PRR and hardness of sof- tened areca nut hull, and the related coefficient was 0. 983:2.
