摘要
利用溶剂浸提法通过正交试验,探讨从桂花中提取黄酮的最佳工艺条件,通过紫外分光光度法测定桂花中总黄酮的含量,用DPPH法测定其抗氧化能力。试验结果表明:用80%乙醇,浸泡14 h,提取时间3 h,固液比1∶30(W∶V),提取温度70℃时,桂花总黄酮的提取效果最好。最佳提取条件下黄酮的质量分数是13.54%,EC50为1.15 g/L。桂花具有较强的抗氧化能力。
The optimum condition for extract flavonoids in Osmanthus fragrans lour was discussed by orthogonal test through solvent digesting. The UV spectrophotometer was used to determine the content of total flavonoids of extraction, while DPPH assay method was adopted to determine the antioxidative capacity of extraction. The optimum condition of solvent extracting were obtained as follows : 80% ethanol as extraction solvent soaking time 14 h, extracting temperature 70 ℃ for 3 h, extraction time and material to solvent ratio was 1 : 30( W : V). The mass fraction of flavonoids was 13.54% at optimum condition. As the half effective concentration( EC50 ) of extraction was 1. 15 g/L, Osmanthus fragrans Lour showed strong antioxidant capacity.
