摘要
针对目前干壳莲子的加工现状,研制一种莲子剥壳机。莲子被螺旋辊上的螺旋槽分粒排序并依次往前推送,从出莲孔口排出后,经由双托辊和剥壳刀具构成的剥壳通道,莲子边转动旋进边剥去莲壳;莲子的一次剥壳率不低于90%,莲仁破损率不大于5%,仁壳分离率不低于90%。
In view of the current of lotus seed husking, a lotus seed de-huller has been designed. Lotus seed has been arranged by groove on the screw rollers. And it was de-hulled by the de-hulling channel which was composed of two rotating supporting roller and a con-rotating cutting roller. The de-hulling rate of no less than 90% , the broken rate of kernels of less than 5% and the separating rate of kernel and hull of on less than 90%.
