摘要
采集新梢茎尖,采用常规压片法对雪松雌株、雄株处于有丝分裂中期细胞的染色体进行观察并做核型分析,旨在了解雪松雌、雄株分化的细胞学依据。结果表明:雪松雌株、雄株染色体数目均为24,染色体长度、平均臂比、核型不对称系数差异不大,核型不对称类型均为1A型,但在随体数目上存在一定差异,雌株染色体1、2、9对均存在随体,而雄株在1、2对染色体上均有随体,第9对染色体仅有1条有随体。这对研究雪松雌株与雄株的分化机理具有重要的价值。
The fresh shoot tips were collected from the female,male in Cedrus deodara for knowing the basis of cytology on sex differentiation, then chromosome morphology of mitotic metaphase cell and karyotype analysis were carried out by common pressing plates method. The results showed that the chromosome numbers of female, male in Cedrus deodara were 2n= 24. The chromosome ratio, ean arm ratio and the As. K% of female, male in Cedrus deodara were similar, and all of them belongs to "1A" type chromosome. The only difference was that there were satellites on the 1^th, 2^th, 9th pair of chromosome in Female but satellites on the 1^th ,2^th pair of chromosome, a satellite 9^th in male. It's very important for the study of sex differentiation between female and male in Cedrus deodara.
