苯甲酸钠对切花瓶插效果的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 以在百合鲜切花中筛选出的最佳配方20 mg/L蔗糖+150 mg/L 8-HQ+16 mg/L苯甲酸钠为保鲜剂,研究其在康乃馨、扶郎及月季等鲜切花中的保鲜效应。结果表明:用含苯甲酸钠的保鲜剂能延长康乃馨等切花瓶插寿命、增大花径,维持花瓣细胞膜结构的相对稳定性,增加可溶性糖的含量,减少花瓣中丙二醛和游离脯氨酸的积累,可明显提高其观赏品质。 This article was to explore the fresh-keeping effect of the agent with 20 g/L sucrose+150 mg/L 8-HQ+ 16 mg/L sodium benzoate on cut Dianthus caryophyUus ,C-erbera jamesonii and Rosa hybrida. The results indicated that the preservation containing sodium benzoate prolonged vase life of cut flowers increased the fresh mass and soluble sucrose content, decreased free praline and MDA accumulation in the petal, relative permeability of petal plasma membrane.
