高温平菇培养基配方研究

A Research on the Selection Culture Media of Pleurotus ostreatus Adapting to High Temperature

于2005～2007年对高温平菇的母种培养基配方、原种培养基配方、栽培种培养基配方及培养料配方进行了研究。结果表明:母种培养基配方以玉米粉40 g,葡萄糖20 g,琼脂20 g,蛋白胨3 g,水1 000 mL最好;原种培养基配方以棉籽皮45%、木屑35%、麸皮18%、蔗糖1%、石膏1%最好;栽培种培养基配方以玉米芯80%、麸皮18%、蔗糖1%、石膏1%最好;培养料配方以棉籽皮88%、麸皮10%、蔗糖1%、石膏1%最好。

The objective of this study was to research mother culture media, the second culture media, the cultivated culture media and substrate of Pleurotus ostreatus under high temperature during 2005-2007. The results showed that the optimum medium of mother culture media was cron powder 40 g, glucose 20 g, agar 20 g, peptone 3 g; the second culture media was cottonseed husk 45G, saw dust 35%, wheat bran 18%, sucrose 1%, gypsum 1%; the cultivated culture media was corn cob 80Y0, wheat bran 18G, sucrose 1%, gypsum 1%; substrate was cottonseed husk 88%, wheat bran 10%, sucrose1%, gypsum1%.
