高密度锂离子电池正极材料LiNi0.8Co0.2O2的合成与表征

摘要 利用低共熔混合物LiNO3-LiOH为锂盐,与高密度前驱体Ni0.8Co0.2(OH)2混合烧结制备出了高密度锂离子电池正极材料LiNi0.8Co0.2O2。探讨了合成温度、合成时间等因素对产品的影响。X射线衍射分析表明合成的LiNi0.8Co0.2O2具有规整的层状NaFeO2结构,充放电测试表明在3.0~4.3V的电压范围内,首次放电比容量可达168mAh/g,充放电效率为95%。结果表明采用该工艺可以制备出电化学性能良好的高密度LiNi0.8Co0.2O2正极材料。 High density LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 for lithium ion battery were prepared by using molten salt LiOH-LiNO3 with high density precursor precursor Ni0.8Co0.2(OH)2. The influences of preparation conditions such as the sin- tering temperature and the reaction time of the product were discussed. XRD results showed the material LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 with order NaFeO2 layer structure. Charge-discharge tests showed that LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 cathode had an initial discharge capacity as high as168mAh/g and excellent capacity retention in the range3.0-4.3V, the efficiency of coulomb was 95 %. It was indicated that the cathode material LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 with good electrochemical property can be prepared by this technology.
