摘要
通过驻波管法对多孔弹性软质聚氨酯泡沫(PEFPUF)塑料的声学性能进行了测试,分析了材料结构、材料厚度、腔深以及湿度对吸声性能的影响。结果表明,PEFPUF塑料为纤细的软"筋络"构成的类似蜂窝多孔的三维网状结构;材料厚度对其声学性能的影响较大;加大腔深,相当于增加厚度,可以较大的提高低频吸声系数;湿度对于声学性能具有一定的影响。
Through standing wave tube method, the effect of strcture, thickness, humidity of the PEFPUF plastics and the depth of the tube on the acoustic properties was tested and analyzed. The results show that the structure of PEFPUF plastics is three-dimensional network with cellular porous and thin, soft frameworks. The thickness has more effect on the acoustic properties, the low-frequency sound absorption coefficient increase with the depth of the tube increasing. The humidity has a certain influence to the acoustic properties.
