摘要
在研究齿式联轴器不对中故障机理的基础上,借助虚拟样机技术,建立了风机系统虚拟样机模型,并对齿式联轴器不对中故障进行多工况仿真分析,给出了齿式联轴器不对中故障规律。
In this paper, the model of virtual prototype for fan system has been established with the help of virtual prototype technique on the basis of studying the mechanism of misalignment fault in gear coupling. And the simulation analysis of misalignment fault in gear coupling is carried out under different working conditions. The regular of misalignment fault in gear coupling is given.
