An Analysis of the Investigaion into the Development and Management of Enshi Tusi Castle

恩施土司城是湖北恩施州城土家族文化的标志性工程,分析其景点的布局和经营情况,认为应从景点建设、经营环境、经营管理等方面进行提档升级。具体有建设土家风情社区;可组建以土司城为核心资产,以宾馆为配套项目的旅游集团公司,并赋予相应的管理职能,使其打造成为鄂西文化旅游之亮点。

Enshi Tusi Castle is a symbolic project of Tujia culture in Hubei province. The layout and management of Enshi Tusi Castle are studied so as to put forward suggestions on scenic spot and management environment and administration, such as, building Tujia cultural community, setting up tourist corporation with Enshi Tusi Castle,and so on. Enshi Tusi Castle should be turned into a famous cultural tourist attraction in West Hubei.
