介绍和分析了国内几种水泥罐车的分类和现状，提出了发展重载、提速水泥罐车的设想，并针对存在的问题，提出了相应的设计结构。

The classification and present state of several bulk cement tank cars in our country are introduced and analysed.The tentative plan to develop speed increased heavy haul cement tank cars is put forward.And in light of the existing problems,the corresponding design structures are provided.
