摘要
研究了企业家导向对外部技术知识和市场知识获取的影响,分析了技术知识、市场知识及两者的互动在产品创新过程中的作用。通过运用179个企业的调研数据对相关假设进行了验证。研究发现,企业家导向对两种类型的知识获取具有显著的促进作用,但是,过强的企业家导向抑制了市场知识的获取。技术知识、市场知识都有利于提高产品创新绩效,更重要的是,市场知识和技术知识在创新过程中具有互补作用。
: This paper analyzed the effects of entrepreneurial orientation on external technological and marketing knowledge acquisition and the function of both kinds of knowledge also their interaction during innovation. Further, this paper tested the relevant hypotheses with a 179 sample. We found that entrepreneurial orientation has positive effects on both kinds of knowledge acquisition, however over high level of entrepreneurial orientation would constrain the further efforts to acquire more marketing knowledge. Besides,we found that both kinds of knowledge and what is more important is that these two kinds of knowledge complementary with each other during the process of product innovation.
