电信产业“研发—服务”联动创新模式研究

The Innovation Model of "R&D-Service" Linkage in Telecommunication Industry

TD-SCDMA的成功产业化是我国电信产业发展的重大问题。对电信产业而言,技术创新和服务创新都有不可忽视的影响,二者在互动中推动产业发展。从"技术—服务"联动的视角提出了促进我国电信标准产业化的分析框架,并以日本3G发展为标杆,探讨了技术要素与服务要素互动的具体模式。最后,从"技术—服务"联动创新的角度为我国TD-SCDMA标准的发展提出了具体的建议。

The industrialization of TD-SCDMA standard is a key factor for telecommunication of China, which is impacted by both technology and service. This paper designs the analysis framework from the perspective of ＂R＆D-Service＂ linkage. According to 3G in Japan, this paper posits that we should get the Linkage stronger to promote TD-SCDMA standard
