摘要企业经营究竟应选择多元化还是归核化,长期以来一直是困扰学术界和企业界的一个重大难题。运用企业核心资源理论与有限理性决策理论的分析方法,并通过构建模型,对多元化、归核化与企业核心资源三者之间的关联性进行了分析。得出的主要结论是,企业的核心资源是实施多元化与归核化的内在基础;多元化与归核化本身是中性的,企业究竟是采用多元化还是归核化,完全取决于企业当时所掌控的核心资源与经营业务的匹配状况。 The choice of diversification or refocusing for the corporations have long been a strategic puzzle in the field of scholars and entrepreneurs This paper examines the relationship between refocusing and core resources of the corporations by application of the core resources view, rationality decision-making theory, diversification, the bounded and two strategic models. We conclude that core resources of the corporations are internal determinants of diversification or refocusing. indicates that diversification and refocusing are neutral in themselves and The conclusion the choice of mainly depend on the matching state of core resources and business of the corporations .
