摘要
25型客车采用双侧踏面制动,使用目前国内新研制的DF11型机车用较高摩擦系数的高磷闸瓦,将杠杆制动倍率提高到7.75,在其他参数不变的情况下,可满足140km/h初速1100m的列车紧急制动距离要求。技术上可行,改造工作量小,费用低,经济上合算。
The double side tread braking is applied on passenger cars type 25.The high phosphor cast steel brake shoes with fairly high friction factor are used,which are newly developed in our country and applied on locomotives DF 11 .The braking leverage is increased to 7 75 Without changing other parameters,the emergency braking distance requirements of a 1100m train with an initial speed of 140 km/h can be met.The reform work is small,the cost is low.Thus,it is feasible in technology and worthwhile in economy.
