杜文秀“卖国”说辟谬

The Absurd Saying of Du Wenxiu's Betrayal to the State

对杜文秀有"卖国"的谬说,起于一张所谓"大理回教国"的传单和所谓"大理使臣"这两件勾当。前者是外国侵略者捏造的,后者则为刘道衡这个卖国败类干的骗局。那份以阿拉伯文所写的传单,是出自英国殖民主义者的捏造,其目的是要侵占云南。而所谓"大理使臣"则是刘道衡个人搞的骗局,刘在伦敦活动无果,被送经君士坦丁堡回国,他在君士坦丁堡的活动也毫无结果,待回到仰光,大理已被清军攻破,从此他便在英属印度政府下过活。根据考证,刘道衡并不是杜文秀义子,也非杜文秀部属,他是一个闯进大理的曾流浪外国多年、与英法殖民主义者有勾搭的大骗子,他的所有行为与杜文秀无关。

The absurd saying that Du Wenxiu＇ s betrayal to the state stemmed from a leaflet on ＂the Hui state＂ and ＂envoy from Dali Administrative Regime＂. In fact, the former was fabricated by the foreign invader while the latter was a swindled story. In terms of the leaflet written in Arabic, it was a fabricated one made by British invaders, who conceived an attempt on invasion of Yun＇ nan. As to the issue of ＂ envoy from the Dab Administrative Regime＂, it was also a faked story made by Liu Daoheng. Study result shows that after fruitless operation in London, Liu Daoheng went back via Constantinople to China. But upon arriving in Yangon, Dali was already captured by the then Chinese Qing troops. Since ever, Du Wenxiu spent his life in British - controlled India. Investigation result also shows that Liu Daoheng himself was not Du Wenxiu＇ s adopted son, nor was Du＇ s subordinate, and in stead he was a swindler who for many years lived in foreign country. Hence, Liu Daoheng＇ s conduct has nothing to relate with Du Wenxiu.
