Ponseti Method Treating Congenital Clubfoot

目的探讨Ponseti方法保守治疗先天性马蹄内翻足的疗效。方法2006年8月-2008年9月,对40例(年龄7 d^6个月)先天性马蹄内翻足采用Ponseti方法治疗。结果平均随访18个月,最长2年。40例单纯性马蹄内翻足患儿外观畸形纠正,优良率100%。结论Ponseti方法保守治疗先天性马蹄内翻足可获得令人满意的疗效。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Ponseti method on infants with con- genital clubfoot. Methods Forty congenital clubfoot（aged from 7 days to 6 months） were managed with Ponseti method from August 2006 to September 2008. Results All infants were followed followed up for average 18 months, the longest time is two years. The deformities of foot were rectified in all patients,excellent and good rate was 100%. Conclusion Ponseti method has satisfactory therapeutic effect on congenital clubfoot.
